Laurent has 18 years experience in Design and Design Ops. At ClearScore, he set up Design Ops to help scale the product to 24m users globally and drive the performance of the Design organisation. At Lloyds he helped scale design to 350 designers focusing on building a design-led culture in an agile organisation of 10,000 people.

Inma Ortiz is set to join EPI Company this 1st of August as Design Operations Coordinator. She brings a passion (slight obsession) for all things design, transforming chaos into clarity, empowering people, and scaling the design practice.

Previously, she led DesignOps at Yara International, supporting a global team of 100 UX professionals. There, she launched the DesignOps practice from the ground up and grew it into a team of three. But throughout her career she has worked as a Graphic Designer, UX Designer, and Product Design Lead. Definitely not what her dad wanted: a music career. She also teaches DesignOps at a design school in Madrid, helping shape the next generation of spanish DesignOps practitioners.
