Drive Quality Outcomes with ISO

Sue Lhymn, Ph.D.

Enterprise HRIS & Quality Leader

Laura Harris, Ph.D.

Regulated Systems & Data Scientist

Apply ISO quality principles directly to daily work to achieve business outcomes

This course teaches you how to make quality and reliability work in real life as a practical system that reduces risk, improves delivery, and gives you confidence when scrutiny arrives. Instead of memorizing clauses or managing paperwork, you will learn how to:

- Turn vague needs and conflicting expectations into clear, testable requirements

- Design simple, usable processes with real ownership and control points

- Anticipate and prevent problems before customers or auditors uncover them

- Create documentation to support work, not slow it down

- Measure what matters and act on evidence, not intuition

- Handle internal audits and nonconformities without stress

- Demonstrate readiness with objective evidence

This course gives you the tools, the practice, and the roadmap to implement quality effectively using practical, scalable skills that make your organization more predictable, less risky, and easier to explain.
