Sr Product Manager, ex-Google Cloud AI

Breaking into Product Management is a chicken and egg problem. Most PM roles require experience, yet there is no clear path to get that experience in the first place.
MBA degrees, mock interviews, and case books help, but they do not replace having built something real. Recruiters can tell the difference. So can hiring managers.
Product Ninja was built to close that gap.
In four focused weeks, you will go through the full end to end experience of being a PM. You will interview users, define an MVP, write a real PRD, secure engineering support, and ship a working product. Not a slide deck. A product.
This program is designed for high performers who are serious about competing for PM roles in Big Tech or high growth tech companies but lack hands on product experience.
We use AI tools where they create leverage, but we focus on fundamentals. Judgment, tradeoffs, clarity, and ownership remain with you.
If you want inspiration, there are many courses.
If you want proof you can do the job, this is for you.
Go from “aspiring PM” to credible BigTech candidate - with real product experience, resume proof, and interview confidence.
Interview real users and synthesize insights into a clear problem narrative
Define, prioritize, and scope an MVP under real time and budget constraints
Lead execution end-to-end + present live demo to a group of experienced Tech PMs
Write a real software PRD engineers can execute against
Use AI to accelerate research and prototyping without losing judgment
Negotiate scope, timelines, and constraints like a hiring-ready PM
Break down ambiguous problems into structured decision frameworks
Prioritize features and defend tradeoffs under pressure
Answer PM cases from lived experience, not theory
Translate your work into sharp, measurable PM resume bullets
Frame impact, tradeoffs, and decisions the way FAANG recruiters expect
Turn your Product Ninja project into a compelling interview story

“Product Ninja was the first program that truly helped me understand how to go from idea to MVP in a structured way. Before this, the process felt like a broken flow chart in my head. After PN, it all came together like a jigsaw puzzle. The hands-on approach made a huge difference. We did not just talk about product, we built one.
I have done other product programs that cost 4x more and took 3x longer, and I learned a fraction of what I learned here. Arie teaches what is actually relevant and keeps you accountable with timely check-ins. The experience gave me real confidence in how products are built.”

Arjun Ajjampur, MBA UC Berkeley
“Product Ninja changed how I think about products. The work was straightforward, but it forced me to go deeper and truly understand user pain points. I now look at everyday products like Spotify and YouTube differently and think about the PRDs behind even the smallest features.
I walked away with real confidence and practical skills I can apply immediately. I even drafted a basic PRD for a startup project in under 30 minutes, something that would have taken me much longer before. Arie has done more for me in one month than most professors do in a full semester.”

Calvin Alunkal, MBA UC Berkeley
“Breaking into Product Management felt like a classic chicken and egg problem. Most roles require experience, but there is no clear way to get it. Product Ninja gave me exactly that. In under 30 days, I went through the full end to end experience of building a real product.
Arie knows his craft and teaches from real experience. The materials were original, the structure was clear, and he was responsive and organized throughout. If you are serious about becoming a PM but lack formal experience, this program gives you real momentum. I endorse it 100 percent.”

I think a lot of other resources do as much as they can to overhype the PM role - they talk about it like it's this larger-than-life, unattainable role that gives you ultimate responsibility and impact. They spend so much time bragging about life as a PM that they don't actually give that much practical knowledge/tips about day to day life. I loved how Product Ninja stripped the PM role down to the basics and really helped us feel what different parts of the role were like. This course helped me actually see what life as a PM is like, and set me up with the tools and confidence to do a better job from day one.

Marcus Brandford, MBA UC Berkeley
I thought the program was great. The spreadsheets and templates gave me structure and acted like rumble strips, helping me notice when my scope was getting too big or something was off. The weekly check-ins and Slack discussions created urgency and accountability.
The live demos of user interviews, requirements, and Fiverr workflows made everything concrete. There was a strong balance between ownership and coaching. Arie was always available to help push through blockers, but we did the work ourselves. The group dynamic was a huge benefit. Seeing different approaches expanded how I think about solving problems.

Two things that gave me new perspective. One is user interview and the other is MVP. before this program, I had done a lot of user interviews and thought I did a decent job. However, this program gave me an important insight about using pregnant pause in the interview and about allowing users to tell you their first impression on the product. These two techniques allowed me to get a whole different perspective from the users. Another thing is about MVP. I thought I knew what a MVP was but it was until I actually worked with an engineer to build one that I realized I put a lot of restriction on myself. One example is that I was insisting on having a "tab" feature on the app that would require 2 days of work when it could be done with different links on a page that require 30 mins of work.
