Course overview
The hiring process is designed to find fault, not potential. It's time to flip the script.
Chelsey Pienaar (that's me!) is a long-time EdTech executive with vast hiring experience across companies such as 2U, Noodle, GetSmarter, Hubble Studios, and more. I have led large teams in the development of online education and training for some of the world's top universities (Cambridge, Yale, Harvard) and companies, and have hired more than 200 professionals across learning design, learning technology, and multimedia design roles. Today, I am the Founder of HirED, a talent acquisition company specialising in the placement of EdTech professionals in jobs and contracts across Europe, UK and Africa.
Get exclusive access to my personal experience as an EdTech hiring manager, and learn how to:
- define your dream career in EdTech, and then choose a job and company that will help you achieve it.
- present your value confidently, because they won't believe in you if you don't believe in you.
- craft a CV and cover letter that convinces them of what you can do, not what have done.
- ace interviews and negotiate your salary like a pro.
