Why this topic matters

Great designs only ship when key stakeholders are bought in—but not everyone is easy to convince. Most designers weren't trained to handle the tricky politics that delay or kill valuable work. From territorialism to executive meddling, in this lesson I’ll share tactics I’ve used to defuse the most common and disruptive stakeholder situations and keep my work on track.
