Hey! I'm Dr. Phil and I'm excited to invite you to my four-week blended bootcamp to get ahead of the AI curve and learn how to use AI to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of your learning design process.
Each week, you'll complete an async project (~90 mins) and join me for a 1hr live debrief & exploration class.
Together, we'll transform the velocity & impact of your learning analysis, design, development & evaluation process with AI.
The Overview
In this four-week bootcamp, you'll complete 4 x hands-on projects:
Week 1: AI-Powered Analysis
Week 2: AI-Powered Design
Week 3: AI-Powered Development & Implementation
Week 4: AI-Powered Evaluation
In the process, you will get:
1. Expert guidance on how to prompt a range of AI models using both structured and conversational prompting techniques
2. Access to a curated list of 50 cutting-edge AI tools, constantly updated to include the latest advancements in the field
3. Access to 50 innovative AI use cases, showcasing the most current applications of AI in instructional design
4. Cutting-edge research summaries for each project, ensuring you're always working with the latest insights in learning science and AI.
The Schedule
I release one project per week (on Monday morning) for four weeks. Each project takes approximately 90 mins to complete.
You'll have "always on" access to me and the rest of your cohort in our dedicated online community as you complete your projects asynchronously and share them in the community.
At the end of each week, you'll join me for a 1hr live class to discuss learnings, share ideas and try new experiments with me & your classmates.

For over 20 years I've been obsessed with a wicked problem.
Millions of people designed learning experiences in the last decade, but there’s a problem: learning design is broken.
As the number of learning experiences out in the world proliferates, research shows that only ~3% are optimised for learner motivation, mastery & impact.
Why?
- Because learning science (i.e. the science of how humans learn) is complex, expensive to access, time consuming to apply and ever changing.
- Because the tools we have to designing & delivering evidence-based learning are slow and painful.
To help solve this problem, I've spent 20+ years researching if and how learning science powered by technology (incl. AI) can help to increase both the efficiency and the effectiveness (i.e. impact) of learning design processes.
