THE PROBLEM
AI is transforming software development, yet many engineers either don’t use it or limit themselves to basic prompting. Common blockers include weak early results, time constraints, unclear integration strategies, tool overload, and pressure to adopt AI without support, leading to fragmented experiments instead of stable production workflows.
OUR SOLUTION
This four-week course is for those who want to systematize AI integration into engineering workflows. Participants will master practical methods—from rapid prototyping to multi-agent workflows—using a structured, outcomes-focused approach. By course end, attendees will have a working AI-powered prototype and a clear deployment roadmap for AI adoption (LLMs, agents, RAG, MCP) integrated into the development lifecycle. The focus is Voice-First Development: coding through natural language with AI agents, providing richer context, faster feedback, and quicker iteration.
This course teaches practical AI integration in engineering, covering prototyping, multi-agent workflows, and voice-first development
You’ll build a real sense of how AI models and agents function — and the practitioner-led approach will make the concepts click into place.
You’ll understand what it takes to move AI from a “nice-to-have” external tool to the true core of your system.
Break the psychological barrier and feel the “wow effect” of creating at the speed of thought.
Discover proven methods and techniques, such as AI Tools, MCP, RAG, CoT, and Multi-Agent systems, and learn how to apply them.
Act as an architect and conductor, setting tasks for AI, refining outputs, and assembling ready-made blocks into a functional product.
By the end of the course, you’ll have your own working prototype and a completely new perspective on AI as a programming tool.
Software developers who recognize the power of AI and eager to put it into practice, but need a structured, hands-on way to get started.
Team leads and software architects looking for the ways to boost team’s performance and unlock smarter ways of working.
Business leaders & founders
seeking to gain the technical understanding needed to make informed decisions.
This course is built for software engineers who already have hands-on coding experience.
We’ll move fast: expect to write code, experiment, and develop a working prototype during the intensive.
Your preferred programming language doesn’t matter — the focus is on concepts, workflows, and practical application.
Live sessions
Learn directly from Valentine Zavadskiy & Olga Lavrentieva in a real-time, interactive format.
Lifetime access
We know that some information needs time to sink in. With lifetime access to all course content and recordings, you can always come back to anything you need — whenever the time is right for you.
Community of peers
All graduates get access to an exclusive Slack community — a private space to stay connected with the instructor, exchange knowledge, and continue growing alongside other professionals even after the course ends.
Certificate of completion
Share your new skills with your employer or on LinkedIn.

Live sessions
2-5 hrs / week
Your weekly time commitment is one 2–3 hour live session per week, available for asynchronous viewing. In addition, participants are invited to 1.5-hour weekly office hours (4 per course), where they can ask questions about the course content, learning assignments, and their personal projects — and receive detailed feedback from the instructor.

Projects
1-3 hrs / week
As part of the learning projects, we provide a set of materials, templates, and GitHub code repositories to help participants absorb the content as quickly as possible. The actual time required depends on each developer’s experience level, but we estimate no more than 3 hours per week.
Async content
2-5 hrs / week
If a participant chooses to learn in an asynchronous format, they will need time to watch the session recordings and work through the course materials at their own pace.

Our extensive practical experience is combined with an ability to explain complex concepts in simple language and to create engaging, effective educational solutions.
Participants will gain access to a curated set of proven tools, patterns, and playbooks used in real engineering environments. Reported benefits include accelerated prototyping (up to 5× faster), clearer architectural decisions, and the ability to move from concept to working output in hours rather than weeks. This program emphasizes a practical methodology for integrating AI and multi-agent systems into modern software development, not merely a collection of tips.
