Lead AI Strategy without the Hype

This course provided a practical and refreshingly honest approach to AI strategy. I especially appreciated how it focused on solving real business problems instead of chasing AI hype. The frameworks shared, like the 3F Funnel, REALM evaluation model, and ALIGN communication framework , were immediately actionable and easy to apply in real organizational settings. I also liked how the course consistently reinforced that successful AI adoption is more about people, communication, and execution than technology alone.
