- Typical traits of technical leaders

- How to use STAR format to convince

- Must have EM stories

- How to show the characteristics of a strong leader in an interview

- Red flags to avoid

- How to structure your story

- Question behind the question: what the interviewer is really asking

- How to craft memorable answers by leaning on your systems + leadership philosophy

- How to tailor your answer based on org culture & interviewer

- How to handle questions when you never faced the situation

- Homework: Prepare core EM stories

- Homework: "Question behind the question" exercises

Mock Interviews #1 (2nd week):

- Every student will have the opportunity to answer interview questions in a group setting
