Hi, I’m Leigh-Ann—a designer, creative guide, and the creator of The Train Method.

Over the last 9 years, I created The Train Method during one of the most chaotic, creative, and full-on chapters of my life—balancing mental health dips, running a business, co-parenting as a single mom, navigating grief, holding beauty, and juggling 101 ideas that didn’t want to sit still.

I created and developed The Train Method—originally as a tool for my own brain, at a time when nothing else seemed to work and I felt like I was drowning in ideas, responsibilities, and emotions. What began as a personal lifeline slowly became something more—something that could support others who needed a flexible, visual way to organize their lives and move forward without burning out.

What started as a sheet of paper, some black lines, and a bunch of Post-it’s became a full method that helped me see what mattered, track momentum, and build a system I could actually trust.

Now I teach it to other creatives, neurodivergent thinkers, and entrepreneurs who’ve tried all the “normal” systems—and need something that finally fits them. I’m an entrepreneur of nearly 20 years, with deep experience in design, teaching, and business strategy—but more than anything: I bring heart, clarity, and real care for the people learning beside me.
