Rather, I spent decades researching, writing, coaching, and teaching the most effective ways to achieve goals, develop habits, and change behavior.

That’s how the Unified Behavior Model™ surfaced: not from theory first, but from real-world practice.

While most models begin in the lab and are later field-tested, UBM is practitioner-built, field-tested first, then formally presented as the first elemental, unified, goal-directed and importantly, falsifiable framework.

Update: 11 months later, UBM remains unfalsified.

My goal has always been to deliver the clearest, most practical, holistic framework to help people understand behavior, change it, and become more effective.
