Viveck has spent 20+ years building and leading products at Amazon, PayPal, Intuit (TurboTax), PropertyGuru, and Circles.Life. He scaled PropertyGuru’s product team to outcome-oriented growth, contributing to a 7x revenue increase and a successful IPO. At Intuit, he managed TurboTax Desktop, a half-billion-dollar annual revenue product.

His published work on Reforge introduced the BELT framework for consumer problem classification, now used by product teams globally.

He created the ICED Theory for managing infrequent products and the OPEN framework for value proposition design.

He currently advises companies on product strategy and serves as a advisor for Atlys.

He’s coached close to 1,000 PMs across Asia on product judgment, strategy, and decision-making in high-uncertainty environments.
