Course schedule

4 - 5 hours per week

  • Week 1

We kick off the course by talking about resilience and organisational culture as well as trust and psychological safety in the workplace, creating an environment and an atmosphere in which people feel encouraged to take calculated risks and think outside of the box.

  • Week 2

We talk about the importance of clear goals, roles, and responsibilities, in supporting that environment of teamwork and collaboration, and continue on that theme to talk about the challenges and opportunities of managing people in on-site remote and hybrid teams.

  • Week 3

No course is complete without understanding and developing the skills to be an effective leader of change within your organisation. You will learn a basic framework for leading transformation and building a team and organisation which is agile and responsive to its environment.

  • Week 4

We will explore coaching and mentoring as part of your leadership style, and the cycle of engagement, enablement, encouragement, and evaluation. You will have greater understanding to effectively empower your teams.

  • Week 5/6

You will have a one-to-one coaching session with one of your hosts within 14 days of Part 4.
