Getting to simple clarity is harder than I thought - even though I've been wrestling with it for a while. This is inherent for creative people and entrepreneurs. Being an entrepreneur is, amongst other things, a mix of rebelliousness, vision, and innovation. We understand why our idea is the best, but that inner clarity is difficult to translate. We know why it works but can be frustrated when others don't see it right away or can't connect to the idea like we do. The discipline of stripping away the fancy stuff is where the work is (for me, anyway). Getting feedback from the instructors and cohort participants is so helpful, but you've got to be willing to hear it and put the ego aside. It is a process - clarify, rinse, repeat!
