Riz Vazir is the founder of Scroll by Choice, a digital wellness company focused on empowering people to reclaim control over their screentime.


Previously, Riz held leadership roles at companies such as Microsoft, where he was the Director of Business Strategy and AON, where he led employee health benefits administration programs for Fortune 50 clients.


He is a certified Change Management professional, underscoring his commitment to driving positive transformations.


Riz has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in computer science & economics from Knox College.
