Sammy Wegent is an entrepreneur, game designer, and communication coach focused on one core skill: helping people think and respond in real time in the moments that matter most.

He is the founder of Speechless, an improv-based public speaking training company that has worked with hundreds of organizations worldwide, including Google, Nike, Apple, Disney, Adobe, Cisco, Salesforce, Slack, and The New York Times.

Sammy previously worked on mutliple games at Zynga reaching 150M+ users and created the Kickstarter-funded communication game, What’s Your Point?. His work blends improv, game design, and communication training to turn conversation into a skill you can actually practice.

He has spoken at Harvard, Stanford, CES, and the National Endowment for the Arts, and has won multiple pitch, hackathon, and comedy competitions.
