Course overview

Building Enterprise AI: From Strategy to Success

With 77% of enterprises exploring GenAI, the pressure is on tech leaders to deliver. But the path is full of risks: costly failed projects, choosing the wrong models, and building solutions that never make it to production. A single misstep can set your team back months and damage your credibility. How do you cut through the noise and build something that delivers real, scalable value?

This course provides the answer. It's a comprehensive training that equips you with a proven, 4-step strategic framework to confidently lead your team from a promising idea to a production-ready GenAI application.

After this course, you will be able to:

Architect an end-to-end GenAI application using a durable, repeatable framework.

Make critical decisions on models, infrastructure, and fine-tuning strategies to avoid common pitfalls.

Evaluate the trade-offs between cost, performance, and scalability for any enterprise use case.

Lead your team with a clear vision, ensuring your AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Course Modules

Module 1: Mastering the Foundations of Generative AI

What is GenAI and why it matters now

Understanding the AI technology stack: Infrastructure, Models, and Agents

Key components: Transformers, LLMs, and Neural Networks

The non-deterministic nature of GenAI and its implications

Module 2: The 4-Step Framework (Part 1): Use Case and Models

Step 1: Define Your Use Case (Problem identification, scoping, AI readiness)

Step 2: Select Your Model (Pre-trained vs. custom, sizing, cost-performance tradeoffs)

Module 3: The 4-Step Framework (Part 2): Adapt and Deploy

Step 3: Adjust and Adapt (Fine-tuning, prompt engineering, Responsible AI)

Step 4: Integration and Deployment (RAG, vector databases, production considerations)

Module 4: Building AI Agents

Understanding AI Agents and workflows

Frameworks and real-world integration patterns

Best practices for production deployment

Module 5: Capstone Project: Architect Your Enterprise AI Blueprint This is where you apply everything you've learned. In this hands-on final project, you will develop a complete strategic blueprint for an enterprise-grade GenAI application based on a real-world business problem. You will define the use case, select a model strategy, outline an adaptation and deployment plan, and present your solution architecture.
