Cody is the founder of Plumeria, where he partners with leaders and teams to bring clarity to roles, expectations, and day-to-day management—helping managers shift from doing the work themselves to leading teams that are aligned, accountable, and effective. He is also the co-founder of Rethink Skills, which focuses on replacing outdated performance management practices, like annual reviews, with more continuous, human, and effective approaches to growth.
