I’m Gaurav, a product leader with over 20 years of experience at Amazon, Microsoft, and high-growth startups like Built and Knowde. I’ve been on both sides of the job search. Over the years, I have hired several senior PMs and PMMs. More recently, I successfully navigated this brutal job market myself, ending with multiple offers.
