From 2014-2022 he led all brand and marketing at Compass (COMP) from 40 employees to the #1 independent real estate company in America. He was the first marketing hire and built every aspect of the brand including hand-picking all creative and marketing leadership and building a national in-house service group that serviced 30,000 real estate professionals across 50+ US cities. His work oversaw every aspect of the modern marketing stack: design, strategy, production, media, performance marketing, events and more.

Returning back to his entrepreneurial roots in 2022 Matt continues to serve as a marketing coach to top Real Estate agents across the country. His previous courses include The Full Circle and AI for Agent Marketing have been attended by over 300 agents across the country. Every course focuses on how AI can integrated into a real estate agents business to grow your brand and get back valuable time.

In addition to his work with agents Matt has continued to serve as an advisor to startup founders and CEOs. In the last 2 years his clients have included innovative companies in real estate tech, climate tech, and space.
