Director of Program Management | Bringing order to chaos
I'm a people leader with 15+ years of experience at top companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Thomson Reuters, Kaiser Permanente, as well as in government and academia. I've led the turnaround of a $XXM product line, scaled global programs, and implemented automated solutions to drive efficiency.
Having made numerous career pivots (from accounting to law to technology with a few stops in between), I've learned a lot of lessons about jumping companies and taking on new roles.
In my current role at Microsoft, I'm focused on helping my program management teams adopt and leverage AI as we transform the way our business handles strategy, planning, and delivery.
Teaching on Maven allows me to combine my passion for ongoing learning with my expertise in business transformation and leadership -- all to help you identify and reframe your habits for greater career success!

Principal Engineering Manager | Energizing people and delivering results
I started in tech at Amazon, moving around jobs and the country as a SQL engineer before ending up at Microsoft. Within Microsoft, I’ve tried out roles ranging from operations, project management, back to engineering, and most recently as an engineering manager. Over the last couple of years, I’ve been working on generative AI features, so I also have insight into succeeding in the incredibly fast-moving world of working on building AI features.
All of that to say: I’ve got experience across companies, teams, and roles, and have firsthand knowledge of what works (and doesn’t work!) when it comes to growing a career. I’ve also got lots of experience trying to fit in to the status quo vs confidently showing up as my authentic self, and the difference leaning into my strengths has made.
