What you'll learn

Why your story matters more than your portfolio

Hiring managers evaluate how you think and decide, not just what you made. Your story is how they see it.

Frameworks for telling your story effectively

Your experience matters, but framing matters more. Learn how to structure what you say so it lands.

How to tailor your story across interview formats

Each stage asks something different. Learn how to tailor your narrative for screens, reviews, and panels.

Why this topic matters

Interviewing is hard, and the market isn't making it easier. AI is changing what companies hire for and how candidates prepare. But the thing that lands the role hasn't changed: your ability to tell your story and connect with the people across the table. Learn from three practitioners who've hired, placed, and coached hundreds of designers.
