She is the author of the Product Delight book and she is globally known for her focus on emotional connection and user delight. With a background in research, she brings deep technical expertise to human-centered products. From pioneering video experiences at Skype to creating emotionally engaging features for Google Meet and Chrome, Nesrine has made it her mission to help teams build products users truly love.

Nesrine also teaches product management at institutions such as ESSEC and INSEAD Business School. Nesrine lives in Paris.
