I weaseled my way into partnerships after cutting my teeth in marketing, and I've never looked back. Over the past decade I've built ecosystem programs at Rho, Mercury, and LTSE, driving up to 40% of revenue through partnership channels and turning skeptical CROs into champions. I've also mentored 1000+ founders on this exact strategy at a16z, NEXT Canada, and LOI Ventures.

I didn't have a playbook when I was starting out. I figured it out through trial and error and painful budget conversations with skeptical leadership teams.
