Nami Soejima is the founder of Rei Cosmetics, an eCommerce beauty brand bringing the best of J-Beauty to the United States. As a hands-on founder, Nami leads all aspects of building and scaling her direct-to-consumer brand.

Nami brings over two decades of strategic marketing expertise to eCommerce entrepreneurship. Previously, she was SVP Strategy at UM where she lead data, audience and communication strategy for brands including Kenvue (Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health), CVS Health, Accenture, Dyson, and Spotify.

Her career also includes strategy roles at PwC managing growth strategies and Sony, managed brand and business planning for Sony in both the US and Japan.

Nami holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
