As a VP of Talent and CPO, she designed a leadership program that coached 50+ leaders and enabled her organization to scale 5x. Since then, she's coached hundreds of managers, mentored founders, and advised executive directors on aligning people, purpose, and performance.

Today, Lisa partners with growing organizations to build the leadership infrastructure they need to scale. She serves as a Strategic Advisor to Dextego and Workplayce, and is a certified Strengths, Co-Active Coach and DiSC facilitator.
