I started my career in spreadsheets, doing data analytics and risk management reporting. I eventually taught myself how to code because I wanted to automate reporting. This had been a very labor-intensive process, gathering and cleaning data from 10+ different data sources every day. Eventually, something that used to take 3+ hours each day took less than 2 minutes with automation.

Learning how to code changed my trajectory.

I pivoted to a technical product manager role at Flexport, managing one of their critical data pipelines for creating U.S. customs filings.

I'm now helping mid-market companies automate their data-intensive operational processes through my software startup, Crafty Crow, saving lean teams 20+ hours a week without needing to hire tech or data people.
