Sarah has more than 12 years of experience in business development and project management for both international and U.S.-based programs. She has recruited hundreds of candidates for USAID proposals and projects in the Middle East and Africa, moving from developing a talent pipeline all the way to hiring and onboarding new team members. Through this course, she encourages participants to embrace the human side of recruitment and will share her tips and strategies for tying recruitment into a winning proposal.
