Cohort-based Course

Create documentation so you can easily hire, train, and repeat work efficiently to reduce stress and achieve your business growth goals.

Course overview

If you don't document, you can't scale.

This 3-hour workshop will provide guidance and a template for creating process steps, structure, naming, and visuals.

Note: The class does not cover process mapping or process levels.

The workshop includes pre-work, individual work time on actual documentation for your business, peer review time to test your document's clarity, and group discussions.

This workshop is also offered as part of a larger 4-day course, if you're looking for help prioritizing where to start, setting up a system, and handling objections from other people. https://maven.com/jen-bergren/documentation1

The next workshop will be on Nov. 12, 2024, from 8-11 AM Pacific time.
