Harriette Cole’s mission is to help people identify, stand in, and articulate their greatness. She brings over 30 years of expertise as an executive coach to leaders at organizations like Spotify, Credit Suisse, Lockheed Martin, and BET. She has been instrumental in shaping the public personas of artists signed with Columbia Records, Motown, and Warner Records, including names like Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu, Queen Latifah, and The Chicks.

She began her career at the iconic ESSENCE Magazine and creative director/editor-in-chief of EBONY.

For over 15 years Harriette was a regular contributor to the Today Show, and worked with other media outlets such as BET, Inside Edition, and The Biography Channel. She hosted the ABC TV reality series Perfect Match NYC and The Root Live: Bring it to the Table, a financial empowerment and lifestyle broadcast. Cole joined Prince for his Welcome 2 America tour in 2010 - interviewing all of his opening acts.
