AI is rapidly shaping how kids learn, socialize, and seek support, especially around their emotional wellbeing. Parents feel this shift every day but often lack clear, practical guidance. This two-day live cohort gives families a simple framework for understanding how AI shows up in mental-health spaces, how to spot what’s safe versus risky, and how to build age-appropriate guardrails that actually work. Hosted by Fundamental Health and powered by the clinical and AI expertise of CouchLoop, the course blends tool demos, real scenarios, and parent-friendly explanations—no technical background required. You’ll leave with a clear approach to evaluating tools, communicating with your child, and partnering with schools and community groups to support healthier digital habits.
