AI has dramatically changed expectations on how PMs work. Learning how to do more with less, and 10X yourself is essential. Discovery moves from occasional research to a regular AI-assisted data-driven automation that turns findings into clear decisions. The PM role has been elevated to a full system orchestrator who manages agents, owns automation prompts, context assembly, and “vibe coding” when needed to raise productivity and deliver value faster. PMs also are increasingly responsible to turn the AI executive vision (and FOMO) into concrete roadmaps that drive execution.
