This is a fantastic course to help you focus on showing up as a human being in your messaging that communicates with the multiple people (not the business) involved in the B2B selling process. Jargon and product-first messaging be gone! This helps you focus on grabbing the customers attention using their pains and dreams first with simple messaging which is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend reading the Punchy Messaging book first if you can (or the audiobook) as it's a great way to understand how and why why need to change messaging but not essential. The course is a very valuable addition because you get stuck into the writing process as working sessions. Excellent!
