Barron Ernst is the Head of Product at Troon, the world’s largest golf management company. He previously served as Vice President of Product at Figure (NYSE: FIGR), a fintech company reinventing home equity and lending products on blockchain rails. During his time there, he helped scale the product org and contributed to Figure’s successful public debut.

Barron brings over 20 years of product and growth experience across consumer tech, e-commerce, and streaming media. He’s led high-impact teams at Snap (Zenly), Booking.com, Showmax (Naspers), and One Kings Lane, often at the inflection point of growth or market expansion.

Before his career, Barron was a competitive debater in high school and later in college at UC Berkeley. He's coached numerous people on public speaking.
