Alison's course is great for taking a step back and reflecting on how you're showing up as a leader—assessing strengths/weaknesses and communication styles, as well as what's next for you and how you can get there. I loved the small group format which enabled us to really share and build on each others' questions and prompts.

I think the co-horts can be segregated between new managers and mature managers so the content is more targeted. I felt there was value for a couple of the topics in this course, but the rest seemed targeted to new managers.
