Brandon has nearly two decades of experience building and leading products in fintech and payments, with roles at PayPal, WooCommerce, Visa, and Affirm. He has led 0→1 launches, scaled products to revenue, and partnered closely with recruiters and hiring managers at fast-growing teams. Across his career, he has interviewed, hired, and coached 200+ professionals.
He is also a 3x founder, which shaped how he thinks about ownership, tradeoffs, and clear communication when stakes are high.
After navigating his own job search in 2024, Brandon saw how confusing and draining modern interviews had become, even for strong candidates. That gap led him to design skill-focused, practice-heavy courses built for today’s hiring market.
