Course overview

What extraordinary talent do you now take for granted?

The thought of sharing myself with the world used to paralyze me—nothing terrified me more than public speaking.

But one stumbling speaking engagement after another, I kept going—shaking, anxious, yet relentless. Every repetition was a battle. Until one day, it wasn’t.

Over time, something changed. It wasn't just easier—it was exhilarating. And most shocking of all, I loved it.

Years later, I published a book and keynoted at Harvard. A random stroke of luck—or so I thought.

Then, I spoke at the World Economic Forum.

Eventually, I realized that “luck” was occurring far too often for that to be the culprit.

I discovered there was a system—a rhythm beneath the surface—that made the impossible feel inevitable. There was a pattern, and it was repeatable.

We often see creativity and high performance as unpredictable sparks—random, fleeting, and impossible to control. But history proves otherwise.

Creativity isn’t chaotic—it’s a craft. Flow isn’t luck—it’s rhythmic. And genius doesn’t emerge fully formed—it’s raw, unshaped. It’s something you refine into a living masterpiece.

This course is for those who have glimpsed their own innate genius in moments of inspiration but are ready for something more—a system for sustained creativity, peak flow, and world-class execution

Together, we’ll break down the principles of history’s greatest minds, from visualization and mental models to science-based physiological tools to induce flow state.

We’ll explore the underpinnings of creativity, the architecture of genius, and how to construct a framework that makes high-performance flow states accessible on demand.

Because the truth is, everything around us—everything that we call life—was once just an idea. A thought brought to life. And those who learn to master their own creative rhythm don’t just follow the future—they create it.

“The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark” - Michelangelo

That leaves us with one question: Who will you become in your pursuit of the extraordinary? What will you create?

Arooj’s background is marked by her hands-on experience in venture building, having worked with over 25 ventures, including a handful that she founded. She designed a boutique venture studio in San Francisco and engaged in a number of ecosystem builder roles, which helped her develop her creative problem solving abilities and design thinking capacity.

Driven by her conviction in the transformative power of finance and entrepreneurship to create positive change, Arooj's journey naturally evolved into an exploration of an inter-asset class approach to designing for impact.

She now serves as the Founder and Executive Director of The Nature Inspired Finance Initiative (NIFI), an organization committed to promoting an interdisciplinary approach to impact — for example, drawing on the principles of nature to design financing mechanisms for climate (biomimicry in finance — bringing nature to finance, as we bring finance to nature). NIFI supports impact-oriented family offices globally, engages in project advisory for designing blended finance funds for impact, and advocates for sustainable finance on a global stage.

An adventurer at heart, Arooj embraces slow travel and living abroad seasonally, having immersed herself in diverse cultures across Istanbul, Buenos Aires, Sarajevo, Australia, San Francisco, Austin, and Singapore. Her deep curiosity about humanity has led her to form meaningful connections with individuals from every corner of society—from those facing extreme poverty, to key figures in international finance and governance, indigenous communities, and everything in between. This journey has shaped her profound understanding of the human experience.
