As a computer science engineer, I worked to improve software quality. Now, I help people improve the quality of their lives. My yoga journey began in 2009 when I first started practicing at an Iyengar school of yoga. Since then, I’ve explored various styles, from Hot Yoga to Hatha Yoga, and yoga soon became my way of life. Pursuing my passion, I am now a certified yoga teacher (eRYT 200), a yoga practitioner, and a PR Manager and mentor at Yoga Bharati, USA.

I’m all about music, dance, nature, and quality family time, plus I love reading, cooking, and chatting with Taco, our wise young tortoise.

I wish I had access to a workshop like this when I began my yoga journey. This workshop is my gift for anyone looking to start/improve their Yoga practice. I believe that the treasures of life are found in its simplest moments! In my yoga practice, I’ve learned that the true treasure lies not in the final pose, but in the journey of each asana. I am excited and looking forward to seeing you all in the cohort.
